Investment in Fertility Care at Yinstill
Fertility Acupuncture & Integrative Reproductive Health
At Yinstill, fertility care is not delivered visit by visit. It is held within structured care programs that reflect how the body adapts and responds over time. Investment in care reflects the level of structure, clinical guidance, and continuity required to support fertility as a process. Care programs are $900 per month.
After your initial consultation, your practitioner will recommend an appropriate care timeline based on your history, timing, and goals, and review program details with you. Longer program lengths are recommended when continuity across multiple cycles or treatment phases is clinically useful – so your plan can be refined over time as patterns emerge and your timeline evolves.
Individual sessions are also available for those who are not ready for ongoing care or who require more limited support.
Why Care Is Structured in Programs
Patients choose Yinstill for fertility care because a structured approach brings clarity and steadiness to complex fertility journeys. Hormonal regulation, nervous system balance, and egg and sperm development respond best to consistent, guided support over time.
Care programs provide a clinical container that keeps support steady while allowing pacing and focus to adjust as your body responds.
Care Programs & The Yinstill Fertility Method™
All care programs at Yinstill align with The Yinstill Fertility Method™, a phase-based framework that reflects how the body & mind adapts and responds over time.
Programs define how long support is held around this process, based on clinical guidance following consultation.
How Treatment Frequency Is Guided
Most patients receive acupuncture on a weekly basis as part of ongoing fertility care, alongside two glutathione injections every two weeks and one micronutrient IV per month. At certain points – such as ovulation windows, IVF cycles, or key transition periods – treatment frequency may increase temporarily based on clinical need.
A daily supplement plan is also commonly recommended, based on clinical need.
Levels of Care Continuity
Yinstill offers time-based care programs designed to provide different levels of continuity, pacing, and clinical containment depending on where you are in your fertility journey. Programs are structured over 3-, 6-, or 12-month periods, allowing care to align with biological timelines and how the body responds over time.
Programs commonly support:
- individuals beginning fertility care
- IVF or medically assisted fertility preparation
- ongoing or complex fertility journeys
- those seeking sustained regulation and steadiness over time
- First trimester prenatal support
Care duration is recommended by your practitioner based on your history, timing, and goals, and finalized collaboratively after consultation.
Male Fertility Care
Male fertility plays a meaningful role in reproductive outcomes. Yinstill offers The Male Factor™, a dedicated 90-day program designed to support sperm health in alignment with biological timelines.
What Care Commonly Includes
Care at Yinstill is guided by The Yinstill Fertility Method™ and refined over time based on how your body responds. Across programs, the core clinical care is consistent. Program length determines the level of continuity, support, and depth held around your care over time.
Support commonly includes:
- Weekly fertility-focused acupuncture
- Targeted antioxidant support (including glutathione injections and micronutrient IV therapy)
- Personalized supplement guidance
- Lifestyle and mind–body practices aligned with fertility physiology
- Continuity of care and clinical oversight
- The Yinstill Fertility Method™ book (paperback copy)
- Access to the Yinstill community app (podcasts, coaching, education, resources, challenges) and select partner supports (preferred access or pricing where available)
- Preferred YinSupps supplement pricing during the program window
- Programs include cost advantages designed to support continuity. Depending on program length, this can include additional acupuncture session(s) held within your program window
Specific program details and additional supports are reviewed after your consultation.
Please note: Each 4-week portion of our care programs includes 4 acupuncture treatments, which can be scheduled flexibly based on your care plan (for example, weekly or more frequently during specific phases such as IVF). If additional treatments are recommended beyond the 4 included sessions, these can be booked as needed and are billed separately.
Supplements, herbs, and external services are recommended as needed and are not included in program pricing.
How Program Recommendations Are Made
Program recommendations are guided by:
- your health history and current context
- clinical assessment and response to care
- timing, goals, and concurrent medical treatment (when applicable)
Programs establish a steady container for care, while clinical judgment guides how support is refined as your body responds. While core care is consistent across programs, longer programs include added continuity supports and review points to maintain alignment as care evolves.
The Male Factor™ — 90-Day Fertility Program
The Male Factor™ is a structured, 90-day program designed to support sperm health across a full development cycle.
- Weekly acupuncture
- Glutathione injections (2 per month)
- Abundance (Yinstill’s custom male fertility supplement)
Program investment: $1,995 (90-Day Program)
This program is designed to be clear, focused, and time-bound, providing consistent, clinically guided support over 90 days without unnecessary complexity.
Your practitioner reviews history and results, explains what matters most, and outlines a clear plan for the 90-day cycle. Care is adjusted as your body responds.
À La Carte Fertility Care
Individual sessions and limited support options are available for those who:
- are not ready for ongoing care
- require short-term or adjunctive support
- are transitioning between phases of care
À la carte care offers flexibility when limited or adjunctive support is appropriate. For most fertility journeys, care programs provide the continuity and clinical containment required for meaningful physiological change. Your practitioner will guide you toward the approach that best supports your goals and timing.
Payment & Logistics
Care programs are billed monthly. Some services may be eligible for extended health benefits, depending on your plan.
Pay-in-full options are available for longer programs (6 months: 5%, 12 months: 10%). All fees, billing details, and logistics are reviewed clearly before care begins.

Common Questions
How do I know which care program is right for me?
Care program recommendations are discussed after your fertility consultation. Your practitioner reviews your history, goals, timing, and how your body is responding, then outlines an appropriate care duration. You choose how much structure and continuity feel right for you, with clear clinical guidance to support that decision.
Do I need to commit to a long-term program right away?
No. Some patients begin with shorter support and extend care as patterns become clearer, while others choose longer continuity from the start. Individual sessions are also available in specific situations. Recommendations are made after consultation so decisions are informed rather than rushed.
What is included in the Care Programs?
Program pricing covers the clinical care and oversight outlined above, delivered within a structured program timeline. Specific recommendations are confirmed after your consultation and refined as your body responds over time. (See “What Care Commonly Includes.”)
Supplements, herbs, lab testing, medications, and external services are recommended only when appropriate and are not included in program pricing.
Is fertility care covered by extended health benefits?
Some services may be eligible for extended health benefits, depending on your plan. Billing details and documentation are reviewed clearly before care begins so you can make informed decisions.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Appointment changes and cancellations are handled with care and clarity, and policies are reviewed with you before care begins so expectations are clear. Your Patient Care Coordinator can support scheduling adjustments as needed.
What happens if I become pregnant while in a care program?
This is exactly what care is designed for. When pregnancy occurs, treatment usually continues—shifting to support early pregnancy, nervous system regulation, and hormonal transition. Care is adapted within your program so your body stays supported as it moves into this next phase.
