Shopify Orders

Client Profiles in Jane App
We may store client information in Jane App, a secure practice management platform, for appointments, consultations, or service follow-up. This may include contact information, service history, and relevant health data. All data is stored in compliance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and U.S. privacy laws (HIPAA, where applicable).
Data Retention
- Comments and metadata are retained indefinitely to manage follow-up and moderation.

- Users acknowledge that by engaging with a trained practitioner, they do so at their own risk.
- Practitioners agree to assume full responsibility for their conduct and actions. Yinstill Reproductive Wellness is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from misconduct, negligence, or violations of applicable laws or professional standards by practitioners.
- Any personal or health information shared with practitioners is used solely for the provision of services.
