À La Carte Care Options

Flexible care you can start right away

A La Carte appointments are designed for people who want flexible support after an initial consultation – without committing to a program immediately.

This pathway can be appropriate when timing, scheduling, or treatment coordination (IUI/IVF/FET) requires a lighter structure. It can also be a clinically appropriate first phase when we’re observing response, regulating symptoms, or building tolerance to treatment rhythm.

If your practitioner recommends more consistent care, we’ll name that clearly – and you can choose the pace that fits your life.

When À La Carte Is a Good Fit

A La Carte care is often the right choice when you:

  • want to begin with a smaller number of treatments
  • are easing into care after your consultation
  • need flexibility around IVF/IUI timing
  • are returning after a break
  • are managing budget or scheduling constraints
  • want to “trial” the rhythm before entering a program

Note: A La Carte care still follows The Yinstill Fertility Method™ clinical approach – this page is about how care is structured and scheduled, not whether you receive The Yinstill Fertility Method™.

Program Care and Individual Appointments

Programs and individual appointments use the same clinical services. The difference is structure: Programs hold care within a defined timeline to support consistency and follow-through as your body adapts over time. Individual (A La Carte) appointments offer flexibility when limited or adjunctive care is appropriate.

You may notice that the per-appointment (A La Carte) rate can look similar to program investment at first glance. Programs are priced around a consistent care cadence and include built-in cost advantages during the active program window – such as included treatment session(s) and preferred supplement pricing – so you receive more support and higher overall value across the same phase of care, with fewer add-on decisions along the way.

Programs typically include:

  • a defined treatment cadence aligned to your phase of care
  • built-in cost reductions across the program period (rather than “extras”)
  • an additional acupuncture sessions included
  • preferred pricing on supplements during the program window
  • any existing inclusions already outlined on the program page.

If you’re deciding between the two, we can help you choose based on your timeline, budget, and what’s clinically most supportive.

Why Consistency Still Matters

Fertility physiology and nervous-system regulation change through repetition over time – cycle after cycle. Hormone signalling, blood flow patterns, follicle development, and sperm parameters evolve over weeks and months, not single sessions.

Weekly care is how we support stable momentum.

Insurance, Payment, and Clinic Policies

We offer direct billing for eligible acupuncture and/or naturopathic coverage. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.

  • A credit card is required on file for direct billing.
  • If direct billing does not process for any reason, the card on file will be charged for the outstanding amount.

We can process primary insurance through the direct billing system. If you have secondary coverage, you’ll submit your invoice manually for reimbursement.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations; otherwise a fee equal to the full session cost will be charged (except in emergency situations).

Patients receive a 15-minute grace period. If you will be late, please call the clinic. If you are more than 15 minutes late and do not call, the appointment is treated as a late-show and the cancellation policy applies.
