Dr. Nora Shilo, ND, is a naturopathic physician with a special interest in fertility, reproductive endocrinology, and integrative health. She views the body’s ability to create life as one of its most extraordinary functions and is passionate about guiding patients through their fertility journeys with compassion, evidence-informed care, and a highly personalized approach to both female and male reproductive health.

With a background in psychology, Dr. Shilo brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to her practice. She helps patients consider how emotional well-being, stress, and life experiences may influence their physical health and healing. Her approach combines the science of functional medicine with a thoughtful understanding of each patient as a whole—body, mind, and spirit.

In recent years, Dr. Shilo has expanded her practice to include healthy aging and aesthetic medicine. She finds great fulfillment in helping patients look as vibrant on the outside as they feel within. She currently offers cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator treatments and will soon be introducing dermal fillers to her practice. Her aesthetic philosophy centres on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty and unique features through subtle, refined treatments that restore freshness and confidence without appearing overdone.

At every visit, Dr. Shilo’s goal is to empower patients through education, develop individualized and realistic treatment plans, and support sustainable changes that enhance both present well-being and long-term vitality.

Dr. Shilo is in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC) and is a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Doctors (BCND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She holds certifications in acupuncture, intravenous therapies, prescriptive authority, and cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator treatments.

When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Shilo can most often be found embracing the joyful chaos of motherhood with her three young children. She also enjoys staying active through hiking, dance, and tennis.
