Care Programs at Yinstill
Time-based support designed to hold fertility care
At Yinstill, fertility care is not delivered visit by visit or decision by decision. It is held within structured care programs that provide consistency and clinical guidance as the body adapts and responds over time.
These programs are designed to support fertility as a process and to create the conditions for care to unfold.
Why We Use Care Programs
Fertility does not respond to one-off interventions. Hormonal systems, nervous system regulation, egg and sperm development, and reproductive physiology all change over time and through repeated, steady support.
Care programs allow us to:
- Pace care in alignment with biological timelines
- Reduce pressure to rush outcomes
- Provide continuity and clinical oversight as the body responds
- Adjust care thoughtfully rather than reactively
The program itself is not a treatment. It is a container – one that allows care to remain steady while the details of support evolve.
How Care Programs Relate to The Yinstill Fertility Method™
The Yinstill Fertility Method™ describes how the body moves through phases of change over time – Shift, Transformation, and Manifestation.
Care programs describe how long support is held around that process, based on clinical recommendations and your preferences following your consultation.
All patients move through similar phases of care. Programs do not change the phases or predict outcomes. They simply define the duration and continuity of support you choose.
Our Care Program Options
Yinstill offers three time-based care programs. Each provides a different level of continuity and pacing, depending on where you are in your fertility journey.
3-Month Care Program
Often supportive for individuals beginning fertility care, preparing for upcoming decisions, or seeking structured support during a specific phase of treatment.
This program offers:
- A clear entry point into consistent, guided care
- Time to establish regulation and observe early responses
- Support during defined windows of planning or treatment
- Initiates early physiological shifts that support regulation and reproductive readiness over the months that follow
6-Month Care Program
Often chosen by individuals navigating ongoing fertility challenges, IVF preparation, or periods where sustained support is needed.
This program allows:
- Deeper physiological ‘Shifts’ and adaptation with extended commitment
- Greater continuity across cycles or treatment phases
- Space to adjust care as patterns become clearer
12-Month Care Program
Often supportive for longer or more complex fertility journeys, where continuity, relationship, and long-term regulation are central.
This program supports:
- Stability across multiple phases of care
- Ongoing clinical guidance through change and uncertainty
- A steady container for care as goals evolve
Program length does not change the quality of care – it changes the continuity and depth held around your care over time.
Program Care and Individual Appointments
Programs and individual appointments use the same clinical services. The difference is how care is organized: programshold support within a defined timeline so care stays consistent as your body responds over time. A La Carte appointmentsoffer flexibility when you need limited or short-term support.
What Care Commonly Looks Like at Yinstill
Care at Yinstill is guided by The Yinstill Fertility Method™ and shaped by how the body responds over time.
Support includes fertility-focused acupuncture to regulate the nervous system and reproductive physiology, targeted IV antioxidant support or Chinese herbal medicine when clinically appropriate, personalized supplement guidance, and lifestyle and mind–body practices that support hormonal balance and emotional steadiness.
Care is not static. It is paced, adjusted, and refined as your body responds – so support remains aligned with where you are and what your physiology is ready for next.
How Care Is Guided
Care at Yinstill is guided clinically and refined over time. Recommendations reflect your health history, current context, timing, and how your body is responding to care, with coordination alongside medical treatment when relevant.
Programs provide the structure that allows care to unfold consistently. Clinical judgment guides how support is paced, adjusted, and focused within that container.
Choosing the Right Program
You do not need to decide this alone.
Care options are discussed after we understand your history, priorities, and timing. Some people begin with shorter support and extend care; others choose longer containers from the start. Both approaches are valid.
What matters is that care is held in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Individual sessions are also available for those who are not ready for ongoing care or who require more limited support.
Your Next Step
A fertility consultation offers time to review your history, ask questions, and understand how care programs may support you within The Yinstill Fertility Method™.
Care at Yinstill is offered through both ongoing care programs and individual sessions.

Care Programs — Frequently Asked Questions
Why does Yinstill recommend programs instead of single visits?
Over many years of clinical practice, we’ve found that most patients benefit from consistent, guided care over time.
Fertility is rarely resolved in one or two appointments. Programs create steadiness, continuity, and a clear plan – rather than starting and stopping care in response to stress or uncertainty.
Single visits are available, but programs are the default because they best support outcomes and provide a more complete care container (resources, education, and optional community support).
Are programs the same as the clinical Phases (Shift, Transformation, Manifestation)?
No.
Phases describe the clinical progression of care.
Programs describe the structure and duration of support (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month containers).
A program provides the container.
Phases describe what is happening inside that container.
What if I become pregnant during my program?
Congratulations – this is something we plan for.
When pregnancy occurs, care transitions naturally into pregnancy-support within the same program container. If certain components are no longer indicated, they may be reallocated appropriately.
Can programs be paused?
If something significant arises, pauses can be discussed.
Programs are designed for continuity, but we understand that life events, medical shifts, or unexpected circumstances can occur. In those cases, we review options thoughtfully.
Can I use insurance?
Programs are not direct-billed.
You will receive receipts after each attended appointment and can submit them to your extended health provider if applicable. Only completed visits are receipted.
What if I’m unsure whether a program is right for me?
That’s exactly what the consultation is for.
During your consult, we assess your history, goals, and timeline – and recommend the level of care that best supports you.
