Monthly Payments
Your Care Program is divided into equal $900 monthly payments over the duration of your program.
Payments are automatically processed using the card on file.
Your monthly payment amount, billing dates, and Care Program details are outlined within your Patient Enrolment Acknowledgement Form.
If you need to update payment information or have questions about billing, please contact your Patient Care Coordinator.

3-Month Care Program
In our clinical experience, three months is often the right starting point when the goal is to create structure, reduce noise, and begin shifting the body into a more regulated and fertile rhythm. This duration is commonly appropriate when we are establishing foundational support, improving consistency, and creating the first phase of meaningful change.

Each 4-week portion of our Care Programs includes 4 acupuncture treatments, which may be scheduled flexibly based on your care plan (for example, weekly or more frequently during specific phases such as IVF).
If additional treatments are recommended beyond the included sessions, they may be booked separately.
Additional acupuncture sessions must be booked with one of our Registered Acupuncturists, regardless of the designation of your Primary Practitioner.
6-Month Care Program
In our clinical experience, six months is often the timeframe where meaningful patterns emerge and steady change has time to take hold. This duration is commonly appropriate when care benefits from continuity across multiple cycles or treatment phases, and when the plan needs time to be refined as your body responds.
