Hi, I’m Dr. Marni Ross, ND.

Reproductive health has been a passion of mine since I began practising naturopathic medicine more than 20 years ago. I love supporting women and men through fertility challenges, natural conception, IVF, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, irregular cycles, and other reproductive health concerns.

My goal is to help you better understand your body, address the root causes of imbalance, and feel supported in your health decisions.

I’m grateful to have been part of the Yinstill team for many years and to work alongside practitioners who care so deeply about this journey.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me hiking or biking Vancouver’s trails, reading a good book, or spending time with my family.

Your body is having a conversation with your life every day.

This is why I’m far less interested in perfection than I am in the direction we’re moving.

🌱 Conception is not accomplishment.

Many women who come into my clinic have spent their entire lives becoming incredibly capable.

They learned how to:

→ Work harder
→ Plan better
→ Solve problems
→ Push through
→ Get results

And those traits are incredible. They’ve built careers, relationships, businesses, and families.

Then fertility arrives.

And suddenly, effort and outcome are no longer directly connected.

🎓 Conception isn’t a degree you can earn.
📈 It isn’t a promotion you can work toward.
✔️ It isn’t another box you can guarantee gets checked by trying harder.

Yes, there are things we can do.

We can improve health.
We can support fertility.
We can create better conditions for conception.

But we cannot force the outcome.

🌿 Fertility asks for a different relationship with success.

Less control.
More rhythm.
More support.
More trust in the process.

🌿 The first thing we look for isn’t hormones.

It isn’t AMH.
It isn’t ovulation.
It isn’t even the fertility clinic reports.

The first thing we look for is **her**.

Can we still find the woman underneath all of this?

Because by the time many women arrive in my clinic, they’ve been carrying a lot:

→ Years of responsibility
→ Years of putting everyone else first
→ Years of trying to hold everything together

And somewhere along the way, they may have become disconnected from themselves.

Sometimes the biggest fertility question isn’t only:

GLUTATHIONE & IVF
***Promising new research examined IV glutathione in women aged 38+ with poor ovarian response.

After four treatments before and during IVF stimulation, researchers found:
🛡️ Improved antioxidant activity around developing eggs
🔥 Reduced oxidative stress
🫧 Lower markers of cellular hypoxia and premature cell death
✨ Higher live birth rates and lower miscarriage rates

This was a small study, so larger trials are needed. But it reinforces something we have long emphasized at Yinstill:
**Egg quality is influenced by the environment in which the egg develops.**

Glutathione may help support that environment as one part of a comprehensive fertility-care plan.

Every fertility journey begins with doing.
The deepest transformation is becoming.

Most fertility journeys begin with a simple, heartfelt desire:
