FOUNDER FERTILITY NOTES
Reflections on fertility, health, and the human journey toward creating life.
Drawing from more than two decades of caring for people trying to build families, Dr. Spence Pentland shares observations, clinical insights, and ideas that reach beyond tests, treatments, and protocols.
These notes explore not only what we can do to support fertility, but who we may become along the way – offering perspective, direction, and a more human way to understand the fertility journey.

“There's No Such Thing as Infertility” by Randine Lewis, Ph.D.

Zesty Guacamole
Guest Post by Krista A. Parr
Avocados are a beautifully symbolic fertility food: an avocado takes 9 months to grow from blossom to ripe fruit, and even looks like a woman’s womb! But beyond this symbolic imagery, avocados are packed with nutritional properties that nourish female fertility.

Fascial and Muscle Imbalance in the Pelvis, by Natalie Woodhouse, RMT

Fertility and Oral Health

If I asked you to think of important factors that make up a healthy lifestyle, which sets the stage to support a healthy pregnancy, what comes to mind? Do you picture things such as eating a nourishing, wholesome diet and taking your daily prenatal vitamins? Making time for gentle exercise several times a week?
Vancouver Infertility Story #3
“Been with hubby for 7 years, we got married in 2012 and started trying for a family. I have not taken the pill since 2007, I didn't feel that great on it, worked in tourism so was hard to always make sure I had a supply and I just wanted to let my body be.
Vancouver Infertility Story #2
“I stopped taking the pill after we had been married for about 2 years (2008). We were excited at the thought of becoming pregnant and starting a family. We were starting a family earlier than most of our friends so there was some trepidation.
